Our Investigation Process
Step I
Customer Service Representative distributes the file to the appropriate Division Manager.
Step II
Manager assesses and assigns file to appropriate Investigator(s) considering the location, Investigators' experience and expertise. Further discussion may be held with client to confirm or clarify assignment and information.
Step III
Investigator(s) conduct the investigation and work the assignment in coordination with their Management Team.
Step IV
Investigator(s) conclude the file upon the Client's or Management's instructions. Management team reviews report and evidence package.
Step V
FBIG forwards comprehensive report and attachments to Client.
